1. Acceptance of Terms

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no violation is involved, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering) will be returned to the player's registered payment method in PKR.
